After an earlier career in the corporate work she left the rat race, qualified as an Interior Designer and also has over 20 years experience of being a hands-on Landlord. Whilst she could always see the potential of an empty or cluttered property, she understood many people could not.
Tracey's husband Gary was trying to sell his empty ex-rental without interest, Tracey suggested ‘Home Staging’ the property and with a little reluctance he decided there was nothing to lose. Once home staged the property to his surprise had more than 20 viewings over a 2 day period with 4 asking price offers.
We then had a lightbulb moment, Tracey and Gary established House of Lear, to help customers stage their properties allowing buyers to visualise the lifestyle they could enjoy and support the sellers to achieve the sale they wanted.
